This is a hot yoga class.

Gentle flow is a breath-focused approach to (re)learning the fundamentals of yoga and healthy movement. Accessible to the complete beginner, and meditative for the experienced yogi, expect slow and fluid movement that balances opening the body with strengthening key postural connections, pranayama (breathing exercises), and deep relaxation.
