25hr Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Genevieve Munro

Join Pure Yoga’s Yin Yoga Teacher Training and embark on the journey inwards as we uncover the philosophy and practice of Yin Yoga.

Yin yoga approaches the body in a deep and slow mindful way as we invite connection to our receptive and restorative energies to balance the everyday stresses, strains and pains of our busy lives. Each pose is held for several minutes to liberate the body’s chronic holding patterns, and restore a sense of vitality and well-being.
