Whether you are brand new to arm balances or want to refine your form and explore new possibilities in your practice, this workshop is for you!

In this 90 minute workshop we will lay the foundations for arm balancing so that you can build strength & confidence, face fears, and have fun. We will also address preparatory and restorative wrist care.
