Core Stability & Hip Mobility with Aleysha Derksen


Open and stable hips are the foundations for so many yoga postures. Weak and tight hips often lead to postural misalignment and can eventually lead to pain and injury.

This master class with Aleysha Derksen will help you to reset your patterns and learn to move in a way that supports strength, stability and mobility in the hips and the core.
A two hour workshop that focuses on the basic anatomy of the core and hips to help participants understand the relationship between these two areas of the body. This master class will breakdown proper posture and give students a practice that centers on strengthening and increasing stability in these areas. You will leave feeling an improvement in alignment and an increased range of motion within the hips.
