Hip Helpers Workshop with Peter Lavictoire


Get to know your hips better!

Taking an in depth look at your hips to help understand how your body is moving. Understanding the tension in our hips can help us understand patterns of poor movements and weakness that may be leading to pain.

We’ll discuss how our alignment can be improved through better techniques of rolling, stretching, and strengthening ultimately supplying you with the tools to move towards more sustainable movements and a better understanding of our body.
Starting our session in the feet, working through the tension all the way through the legs, just to finish off in the hips. You’ll be walking away happy after hip helpers…or at least your hips will be!
