Low Back Workshop with Peter Lavictoire


In this workshop we are trying to identify root causes for back pain in order to better manage/prevent it. We will look at tactics that will help us move safer on and off of our yoga mat.

This workshop with cover hip mobility, core stability, and daily tips that help us avoid postures that ultimately contribute to our back pain. While this work shop will not offer the instant cure for our ailment, it will inform us as to how we can take steps to regain control of our back pain and possibly move past it in the future.
