Yoga Nidra (also known as yogic-sleep) is a deeply restorative and relaxing meditative practice that will help you quickly come back into balance.

This workshop will explore a slow restorative yoga practice, pranayama (breathing techniques) and a guided Yoga Nidra meditation to help you feel relaxed, present and rejuvenated for the holidays. While Yoga Nidra is used for deep relaxation it is also used to deepen our resolutions to bring positive direction to our life. Bring a small pillow and extra mat to get as comfortable as possible!
