Embodying the Elements with Katie Laferriere


In this special 2-hour masterclass, we explore the practice of Yoga through the lens of the 5 elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether/Space. Practicing Yoga through this lens allows us to connect to – and embody – the elements of nature, which in turn helps us to see that we are an intricately connected part of the whole.

Incorporating asana (movement), pranayama (breath work), and meditation, this is an immersive experience for body, mind, and soul. Set to music, with a playlist intentionally designed to enhance the practice and deepen the connection to each of the elements.
