Fall Equinox Workshop with Andrea Robertson

Fall Equinox will bring a brief moment of equal balance to the entire world. Equal amounts of energy will spread, the days will begin to shift from lightness to darkness and our world will transition from a time of fruitfulness to a time of harvest, a time of reflection, introspection, and balance.

Here’s what you need to know:

~The sun shines directly on the equator making day & night equal all over the world (or almost equal).

~The sun enters Libra during this time which is symbolized by balanced scales – what a coincidence!

~Fall Equinox is the point of balance between Summer & Winter Solstices which are the longest and shortest days of the year.

With the coming days shifting from light to dark, the Fall Equinox is the perfect opportunity for reflection and introspection. It’s a time to draw inward, dive deep into yourself, and refocus on what’s important and meaningful. Let’s gather together with a Yin/Yang meditative practice that will involve a combination of flow and stillness, sound and silence, effort and ease. Through sound, breathing and intentional movements – move back into balance physically, mentally, emotionally.
