Foot, Ankle, Calf, and Knee Workshop with Peter Lavictoire


This workshop will focus on exercises designed to release the tension of the lower leg as well as target a number of its weaknesses.

Following a straightforward sequence that will empower participants to develop a better self-care practice and create better alignment from the ground up. Adding some or all of the exercises into a regular routine will surely help the participant put their best foot forward and better manage some of the bodies aches and pains
