One of the most common barriers that stops us from progressing in any discipline from yoga to high performance sports is our breathing habits.

You may be aware that your daily breathing habits are not ideal , but are you aware your breathing habits during a yoga practice or exercise may also be inefficient? t is very common to over breathe during exercise. Healthy breathing habits go way beyond breathing deeply or being able to keep an ujjayi breath during your practice.

This workshop will unpack basic breathing mechanics , breathing physiology and clear up some of the most commonly misinformed information about how we should be breathing during yoga or exercise.

This workshop will consist of lecture, specialized pranayama practices for specific intentions from increasing athletic performance to sleeping better and practical applications of how to breath more effectively during your practice, fitness routine & day to day.
