Practice with the Elements with Katie Laferriere


In this special 2-hour class, we will explore the practice of Yoga through the lens of the 5 elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether/Space. Incorporating asana (movement), pranayama (breath work), and meditation, this will be an immersive experience for mind, body, and soul. Set to music, with a playlist intentionally designed to enhance the practice and deepen the connection to each of the elements.
