“Pure Yogi” 40hr Student Immersion with Brittany Bryden

Have you ever thought of diving deeper into your practice but don’t want to commit to Teacher Training? Want to refine not only your asana practice and learn the meaning of living your yoga on and off your mat? Ever thought about starting a meditation practice but not sure what the first steps are?

The 40hr Pure Yogi Student Immersion is designed for the student who wants to infuse more meaning into their practice. This 40hr immersion will guide you on the path to redefine, reinvigorate and realign your yoga practice and find more meaning in this thing we call “yoga”.

Our student immersion seeks to challenge the physical and mental boundaries in your yoga practice. The programme focuses on specific aspects of the yoga practice, such as twists, back- bending, arm balances, inversions with an emphasis of providing a strong foundation for a deeper practice through calisthenics as well as a deeper understanding of alignment, self care and self-practice.

The program is open to all levels of practitioners, from the beginner to the advanced practitioners. If you’re looking to deepen your practice and knowledge of yoga, but don’t feel quite ready to commit to the 200hr yoga teacher training yet, this program is perfect for you.

There are no prerequisites to joining this program. This program is for individuals who are ready to explore their mental and physical boundaries on the mat, and to push their practice to a brand new level.
