Specialty Class|Yoga for Runner to lengthen out and recover those tired muscles, with plenty of hands on adjustments + massages to work out any kinks left over from the race. Andrea will guide you through a gentle sequence of asana specifically designed for runner’s helping to flush out all the lactic acid build up, ease inflammation and jump start your muscle recovery.
