End of Summer | Culinary Yoga Retreat with Andrea Robertson & Amber Stratton

Have you ever wanted to visit the gentle island of PEI? Join Amber Stratton & Andrea Robertson on a 3 night, 4 day culinary yoga retreat. Our setting is atop one of PEI’s most beautiful Rockey Red Cliffs with deep blue ocean views as the perfect secluded destination for a retreat. Our retreat includes 2 yoga classes a day, seaside accommodations, beach walks, delicious local cuisine including a night out at famous chef’s Michael Smith’s restaurant The Fireworks.

Located at the tip of a coastal peninsula in peaceful Eastern Prince Edward Island, The Inn at Spry Point offers quiet serenity from your daily grind and convenient proximity to world class golf, farm-to-table dining, and the smooth sand beaches of Canada’s own island paradise. From your private balcony, take in a panoramic sunset over Boughton Bay and Annandale Harbour. Relax on our porch over a glass of wine paired with PEI’s local charcuterie and artisanal cheeses. And at the end of the night, be lulled to sleep by the gentle ambiance of waves washing over nearly 4 km of iconic red coastline. Come to The Inn at Spry Point and learn what we locals know, the secret to getting ahead is knowing where to get away.

Our chefs create a new menu daily using ingredients from our organic farm and herb gardens and from a roster of Prince Edward Island farmers, fisherfolk, foragers and culinary artisans. The evening begins at 6pm with our epic Oyster Hour, an interactive exploration of our whimsical grounds and gardens discovering our all-you-can-slurp Oyster Bar and the days flavours from our outdoor fire-pits, smokehouse and farm stands. At 7pm the Feast begins. It’s served family style to your and your guests at long butcher-block tables overlooking beautiful Bay Fortune. The menu includes freshly baked wood-oven bread, our taste-of the island charcuterie board, smoked fish, local seafood chowder, our famous organic salad and best of all wood roasted meats, fish and vegetables all prepared before your very eyes. Just make sure you save room for our delicious freshly baked desserts!

Due to the unique and ever changing nature of our Feast, we’re unable to make substitutions. Of course, if there’s something you can’t eat, please let us know when you make your reservation and we’ll do our very best to accommodate. Gluten free? No problem! Vegetarian?
